At L12 Couriers, we provide a one stop shop for all your same day courier delivery needs. Our vehicles are fully insured to carry goods up to the value of £25k, however, we are able to arrange higher cover should this be required. Our drivers are trained to place you as the customer first - if there are any holdups at any point throughout his/her journey, this will be communicated back to you at the earliest opportunity. When your goods have been delivered, you will receive an immediate proof of delivery confirmation. This may be in the form of a phone call. text message or email. There will be a copy of the proof of delivery, including signature and time, supplied with your invoice. We are more than happy to carry most goods in our vehicles, (including fragile goods, odd size goods etc) providing they are securely packaged for transport. We are able to transport any hazardous goods, but this would be via one of our network partners. Unfortunately, we can not provide any quotations for Ebay customers. We are primarily a same day, urgent light haulage courier company. We can provide quotations for up to and including 7.5t trucks, however, should you require any vehicles larger than this, we are more than happy to obtain a quotation from one of our carefully selected service partners.

• Urgent Same Day Service - When your important goods need to be delivered today, we work around the clock to ensure your targets are met. We are a true 24/7 service provider, regardless of public/bank holidays.
• Onboard Courier Service - We are now proud to offer a full onboard courier service. If your important documents or parcels require to be in another country in the shortest possible time, we are able to provide a member of staff who will collect your consignment and deliver it direct to the recipient. Our Sales team will take care of everything including transport, flights, hotels etc.
• UK & European Same Day / Next Day Service - Aswell as our same day UK nationwide collection & delivery service, we can also cater for any customer wishing to transport their goods into Europe. We can provide a sameday, next day or 2-3 day service, depending on your budget / delivery deadlines.
• Some of the things we deliver on a regular basis - Letters, Documents, Passports, Electrical Goods, Machine Parts, Medical Supplies, Legal Documentation, Alcohol & Spirits, Printed Matter palletised goods and so on.

PPLM - We work out our prices on a pence per loaded mile basis or pplm for short. We take the number of miles calculated on Autoroute between the start and end post code locations, and multiply it by the rate we charge for each specific vehicle type. On occasion, we are asked to quote for work which is only a couple of miles between the collection and delivery points. For this type of job, we charge a minimum set price. Again, each vehicle type has it's own minimum set charge.

Wait time - Our drivers are instructed to collect your goods at a time agreed by you, the customer. If for any reason, there are any delays at the collection point, we would expect to be informed asap. As a business who operate in a "timed service" profession, we are only too aware that delays can happen and most of the time are unavoidable. Our terms allow the first half an hour of waiting time to be free of charge and then we would implement a £5 per 10 minutes surcharge. This applies to both the collection and delivery points. If there are any delays at the delivery point which are out of your / our control, you will be informed immediately (prior to the free wait time period ends).

Multidrop - We are prepared to offer a multidrop service for jobs involving more than 4 drops. This would be charged on a "day rate" and would be agreed prior to taking on any work. If there are only 2 or 3 drops in the same area, then there would be further charge of £10 per extra drop.
