Where can you collect and deliver to ?

We will collect and deliver to anywhere in the UK. We are a member of the Uk's largest courier network and have access to hundreds of vehicles nationwide. Whether it's a document that's required for collection in London or 6 pallets in Glasgow, we can cater for all your delivery needs.

 

Are you only available during office hours ?

No, we are a true 24/7, 365 days a year courier service.

 

Will you provide a proof of delivery ?

Yes, our driver's will obtain a signature at the delivery point and will follow this up with a verbal phonecall to you, the customer. Copies of the POD signature will be sent with the invoice statement.

 

How do I pay for your services ?

At present, we are looking into a facility where the customer can pay by credit / debit card online. Until a suitable system is in place, customers can pay via bacs, paypal or by cheque. You can also pay on receipt of invoice.

 

My consignment is urgent, when can you collect ?

We aim to have a vehicle with you within 60 minutes. However, this is not always possible depending on the size of the vehicle required and the collection location. We will however guarantee to collect within 2 hours and are proud to have a 100% success rate to date.

 

Can you provide overnight storage ?

We cannot offer this service at present, however we will be looking at this facility in the near future. We will be able to obtain a quote for your storage requirements depending on size and quantity etc.

 

What vehicles do you operate ?

We have access to all size vehicles, ranging from motorbikes to 7.5 ton trucks. We do ask that you are as accurate as possible when contacting us with your consignment details, so we can source the correct vehicle for you. Incorrect weights / dimensions will only delay your pickup / delivery.

 

Do you offer a same day delivery service ?

Yes, we are Liverpool's Same Day Courier specialists.

 

Do you co-load with other customers ?
